Project Story
Lighting, acoustic surface and interior identity in one project layer.
The library commons needed a calmer identity for group study tables while keeping enough visual warmth for long evening use. Layered disc pendants gave each table a recognizable focus point and added soft acoustic surfaces above the seating zone.
The project was developed for university library study area, where lighting, material tone and acoustic comfort needed to work together rather than as separate ceiling elements.
FLOSEEK matched the application with layered pet felt disc pendants, brass stem, quiet reading tables so the visual feature, LED output and PET Felt acoustic surface could support the room's daily use.
